Delete your AiQ account

AiQ is a Grade 9 study app made by Ferasa Ai Limited. You can delete your account and personal data in two ways.

1. In the app

Open AiQ → Profile → Delete my account → Delete for ever. It happens at once.

2. Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my AiQ account, from the email address you signed up with (or tell us that address). We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your city, school, grade, board and role
• Your profile, school link, device link and notifications
• Your sign-in (including Google sign-in)

What is kept

Records of which screens and lessons were opened, and feedback you sent, are kept without your name or account, as anonymous counts that help us improve lessons. Nothing in them points back to you.
