Ferasa Ai Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the AiQ – Guide for 9–12th Students app (“App”) collects, uses, and protects information.

Usage and diagnostics such as device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and in-app actions for performance and reliability.
No sensitive categories (health, precise location, biometrics) are collected by default.

2) How We Use Information

Operate, maintain, and improve the App.
Respond to support requests and communicate about issues.

3) Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The App may be used by children under 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

We do not ask children to submit personal information.
