AiQ (package com.aiq.app) is a study app for Grade 9 students in Punjab, made by Ferasa Ai Limited.
This policy explains what the app collects, why, who processes it, and how to delete it.

AiQ is not a government app and is not affiliated with the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB).
What we collect
You can use AiQ as a guest without an account. If you create an account, or use the app at all, we collect:

AiQ does not collect your location from the phone, your contacts, photos or files, and it shows no ads.
Who processes the data
We do not sell your data. These services process it only to run AiQ for us:
- Supabase: stores accounts, profiles, app activity and feedback.
- Google: Google sign-in (if you use it), and Google Places when you search for your school by name.
- AI providers (Google Gemini or DeepSeek): receive the text of written answers to mark them, and lesson steps to write "Why this step?" explanations. Your name and email are not sent with them.
- Expo: delivers app updates; it receives the app version and device type.
All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account data until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time:
- In the app: Profile → Delete my account.
- Without the app: see how to delete your AiQ account.
Deleting your account removes your name, email, phone, school, profile and sign-in. App activity and feedback are kept without your name or account, as anonymous counts.
Children
AiQ is made for secondary school students (Grade 9, usually 14 to 15 years old). It is not directed at children under 13. Parents and teachers can ask us to see or delete a student's data at [email protected].

If we change what AiQ collects, we will update this page and the date above.
