What Dana does
Answers from your catalogue
Every product answer comes from your Shopify store: price, sizes, stock. When it doesn't know, it says so instead of guessing.
Sells inside the chat
Shows products as cards with an add to cart button, and tracks orders without the shopper leaving the page.
Takes contact details, no login
Ask for name and email before the chat if you want, or let shoppers skip it. Nobody needs an account.
Hands over to you
When a shopper needs a person, the chat comes to you. Everything else is answered at any hour.
Free for 50 conversations a month and 250 products. $19 a month for 500 conversations and 1,000 products, then $0.20 a conversation. Details are on the App Store listing.

Ferasa Ai Limited is a small software company. Yasir Khan builds Dana and answers its support himself, so your email reaches the person who can fix things.
